How is my order shipped?
Via UPS Ground or R+L Freight Carriers, depending on order size. When you go to the checkout process you will be given the option based on your order size.
When will I receive my order?
While delivery times will vary based on your location. Delivery time is generally 3-5 business days after the order is shipped.
Do you Ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. However, you can use a freight forwarding service to arrange international delivery.
I have an existing account with a different carrier. How do I ship using that account?
Currently, we can only ship via UPS Ground or R + L Freight Carriers. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I send you a PO (Purchase Order)?

Our sanitizers come in a fast-acting gel formula.
Does sanitizer contain aloe?
Our sanitizers do not contain any aloe.

Where can I find the ingredient list for your sanitizers?
The ingredients are as follows:
Active Ingredients: Ethyl Alcohol 70%.
Inactive Ingredients: Carbomer, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Triethanolamine.
What is the shelf life/expiration date of the sanitizers?
Unopened and left in a cool, dry environment, our sanitizers can last up to 2 years. We recommend keeping the sanitizers away from direct sunlight, as the alcohol can evaporate quickly over time and reduce its effectiveness.
I'm a business but not a hospital/medical facility. Can I still order?
Yes! While we are proud to help provide products to medical professionals and frontline workers, our products are available to everyone.
Is this sanitizer FDA Approved?

Can I customize the quantities for my order?
In an effort to get these much-needed products out as quickly as possible, all sanitizers are pre-packed in the quantities listed. We are unable to customize case packs outside of our current offerings. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I cancel/edit an order?
We cannot cancel or change an order that has already shipped. Please take the time to double check your order before submitting your payment to avoid any delays in processing.
